Understand the licence. Read the terms.

1. Connect the licence statement to the right operator

Start with the domain you are actually using. Record the brand, company in the account terms and named authority. These describe different things. A company address does not establish gambling authorisation; a software supplier is not automatically your contractual operator.

If a licensing statement links to more information, read its details. Does the company connect with the website? Which activity is described? A badge becomes useful when it enables a clear connection. You do not have to deposit before requesting an explanation.

2. Compare bonus terms on the same basis

Two offers advertising a “100% bonus” can differ substantially. The relevant deposit stage, amount to which wagering applies and time allowed all matter. A package headline may include several separate deposits.

Use a fixed example amount to compare both offers. The calculator shows the difference between wagering on the bonus and on deposit plus bonus. Adjust the inputs to the terms you are reading.

Four conditions beside the headline number

• Game contribution: different games may contribute different amounts to wagering.
• Maximum stake: read the limit applying while the promotion is active.
• Expiry: a requirement that demands more playing time than planned does not fit your plan.
• Withdrawal cap: read any separate rules for bonus funds and free-spin winnings.

A bonus should not determine your budget. If you cannot explain its terms clearly, do not activate it solely because of its headline.

3. A withdrawal consists of several stages

A processing estimate may describe only the casino’s internal stage. Account review and the subsequent transfer may be described separately. Read when the period starts, which documents are required and whether weekends or fees are mentioned.

If a request remains pending, ask about the outstanding stage rather than simply asking for a fast withdrawal. State the request, date and amount, ask what is missing and keep the written response. Further deposits are not a solution to an unresolved withdrawal.

For a dispute, keep the account terms and a clear timeline. Any external body’s role depends on the particular operator and procedure. A licence name alone promises neither reimbursement nor a deadline.
